I. For below projects, Undersecretariat of Defense Industry (SSM) is authorized to sign contracts.
1. As a result of evaluation of shortlisted companies, Agusta-Westland and Denel for Land Forces Command's Attack and Tactical Reconnaissance (ATAK) Project, it is decided to pass contract negotiations with TAI (TUSAS Aerospace Industry) as the main contractor and Agusta-Westland as the sub-contractor.
2. After evaluations, it is decided to pass contract negotiations with OTOKAR for National Tank Production Project that aims to fit Land Forces Command's Main Battle Tank requirements .
3. It is decided to pass contract negotiations with Dearsan AS for New type patrol boat Project that aims to fit Naval Forces Command's 16 boats requirements .
4. It is decided to pass contract negotiations with Istanbul Denizcilik LTD. for the modernization of SAR-35 boats of Coast Guard Command.
